Timetables for Coach Canada services can be viewed online at coachcanada.com. You can enter an origin Province and City into the Scheduled Services box to see all available destinations. Selecting a destination will lead you to timetable, fare and other pertinent information. Note that reserved online tickets are only available for our most popular origins and destinations.

How can I buy reserved tickets online?

Enter your desired origin, destination, and date(s) of travel to get a list of available trips that match your criteria. All our reserved tickets are priced and sold individually, however you can choose to buy a one way, same day return, or future return. Mark the box next to the trip(s) you wish to reserve, and then click the 'Add to Basket' button. You can now choose to remove trips, search and add more trips, or checkout.

When I search my desired trip is not offered?

This may happen for a couple of reasons. First check our schedule search engine to ensure the trip operates on the date you have chosen. If the trip appears on our schedules there may simply be no remaining seats for sale through our website. You might still be able to purchase a standard regular price ticket from our ticket agent. Next time make your reservations early to avoid disappointment.

When can I buy tickets online?

Our website is open all the time for online sales; however, you will not be able to purchase e-tickets for travel on the same day as online tickets sales close at midnight for the following day. If the date you want is not listed and you plan to travel in the near future, please buy your ticket directly from our driver or an agent. If you are planning a trip in the distant future, return to this website closer to your departure and try again. You MUST TRAVEL ON THE DATE SELECTED, so only pick a date that fits with your travel requirements.

What are your prices for online tickets?

Tickets purchased through our website will vary in price by reservation date, day of travel and demand for seats. We offer our best prices to those who make reservations early or choose less popular trips. However, all trips will remain competitively priced offering excellent value for your money. Please note that due to the high sales volumes on our website, prices may fluctuate between searches. Fares are subject to change without notice.

Do you offer reduced fares online for children, students, etc?

No. Our online tickets are sold at deeply discounted rates and no further reductions apply. Children under the age of 2 years are carried free and should not be included in your reservation; however, they are not guaranteed a seat.

How do I pay for reserved tickets online?

Payment for our online ticket reservations can be made using most major credit and debit cards, including Visa and MasterCard. Unfortunately online ticket reservations cannot be paid for in cash or by check. Charges will appear "Trentway-Wagar" on your card statement.

Can I purchase my tickets online in another currency other than Canadian Dollar?

Yes you can. All tickets can be purchased in other currencies including Euro and US Dollar. Look for this option near the end of the buying process.

I had problems with my online payment, what should I do?

Please check your email address for the Worldpay confirmation email and Coach Canada purchase email. If you have received both of these then your transaction was successful. If however you do not receive either of these within an hour or so of your transaction then please contact us.

Do I get a ticket following an online purchase?

When you buy reserved tickets through this website you will be given a reservation number at the end of your transaction. Take this with you and present it to the driver when you travel... it's as simple as that.

What is my reservation number?

This is the number provided for travel. It includes both your date and time of travel and can be obtained from the reservation confirmation email provided when the reservation was originally made.

What do I give the driver?

You must give our driver your online ticket reservation number when boarding the bus.

Make sure that you obtain a reservation number for each trip you reserve. While not required, we do suggest you bring a printed copy of your payment confirmation page or reservation confirmation email as these will include your reservation number(s).

What if I miss my selected departure?

Much like the airline industry, all online tickets are sold on a reservation basis and you must travel at your specified time and date. Passengers are required to be at their selected departure point at least 15 minutes before their trip is scheduled to depart. No refunds or credits will be given in instances where passengers miss the bus.

Can I cancel and/or get a refund for an online transaction?

Once completed online reserved ticket transactions cannot be cancelled or refunded.

No.

Can you accommodate passengers with disabilities?

Passengers who have walking difficulties and those passengers who normally use wheelchairs are very welcome on our buses.

For passengers with walking difficulties, the driver will assist you to climb a few steps into the bus and help you into your seat. You should purchase your ticket on our website in the usual way.

If you normally use a wheelchair and are able to climb the few steps into the bus, we will store your wheelchair in the luggage bay and the driver will help you into your seat.

However, if you normally use a wheelchair and you need to remain in it for your trip, please do NOT purchase your ticket on our website, but call 800-461-7661 and explain to the customer service agent the date, time and destination of your travel plans. Please have your credit card handy. The agent will check that there is space on the trip you want. If there is room on the trip, then a bus with a wheelchair lift will be allocated to that trip. If the trip you want is full, the agent will suggest another departure. Please also tell the agent if a personal care attendant (PCA) will be accompanying you and a reservation will also be made for them.

It is very important that you make your reservation as early as possible, but no less than 48 hours before the date of intended travel.
